Provision for DLP Suite license Expansion

Bank of Kigali Plc is looking to expand the DLP Suite License. BK Plc hereby invites bids

from local services providers for the above-mentioned services.

Interested bidders shall express their interests from 29 th April 2025 on

procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and

Administration Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than 20 th May 2025 at 3:30

PM, an ERP link that will be shared with your company’s email.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf and payment terms. Submit a detailed company

profile, delivery period. Provide company’s registration certificate, RSSB, valid tax

authority and audited financial statement for the last 3 years, provide 3 references

certificate of the services delivered elsewhere and any other related documents.
