About the role
This role supports recruitment operations within the global hiring team, focusing on candidate screening, database management, and improving hiring processes. The intern ensures smooth recruitment workflows, maintains accurate data, and contributes to delivering a strong candidate experience while learning core HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment tasks and ensure accuracy in hiring processes
- Screen candidates and support selection from application to hiring
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
- Analyze recruitment data to improve processes
- Collaborate with team members on process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage data and maintain trackers
- Basic analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience
0–1 year experience (internship or entry-level exposure)
Good to Have
- 6–12 months experience in Human Resources or administration
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Basic data analysis capability
- Skills in Excel or Google Sheets
